Ingredients:
Mix pineapple (with juice), apricot jam, and ketchup or BBQ sauce. Pour over coleslaw mix and stir well. Set aside while you cook the brats.
If brats are raw, simmer them in 1 beer over the camp stove for about 10-15 min. Then grill them over the campfire (medium heat) for about 5-10 min. If brats are pre-cooked, grill them for 5-10 min.
Take the bun and nest a few heaping spoonfuls of marinated coleslaw mix into the bun. Set hot brat on top and enjoy! Veggies, meat, and starch all in One!
